Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). No orders are dispatched or delivered on public holidays.

Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 11am are processed the same day or the next day. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Dispatch Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Delivery Times

Shipments are delivered within 10-15 business days (Monday - Friday)

Delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered. The times also depend on whether the billing and shipping information is correct.

Delivery Guarantee 

We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 60 days of the date of purchase, unless unforeseeable circumstances arise that are beyond our control, such as customs processing delays or natural disasters. In such cases, we will make every effort to get your order delivered as soon as possible. If your order is not delivered within 60 days due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
